Drill(s), wrenches, screwdrivers, rubber mallets, hammers, etc...., (always included, no fee)

Furniture dolly or straps:

A 4wheeled dolly, good for heavy furniture, manuevering through doorways, and ease of move to/from moving truck, (always included, no fee)
